Rules for the Quickscanner Hill
You have to use A Quickscanner's Paper as a starting point and append a good quickscanner. Your warrior will fight against the a benchmark, which consists of a more or less random selection of warriors: Benjs Revenge 1.0, Blur 2, He Scans Alone, Impfinity v4g1, Newt, Scan Man, The Fugitive, Torch t18, Behemot, CrazyShot 2, Hazy Lazy ..., Hullabaloo, nPaper II, Reepicheep, Revenge of the Papers, RotF Copy, Silver Talon 1.2, Son of Vain, unrequited love, Vanquisher II.
- Send an email to jens@jgutzeit.de with subject "Quickscanner-Hill" to submit a warrior.
- After you have submitted your warrior to the hill its source will be published here.
- Each warrior fights against the complete benchmark using "pmars -P". Since this might take a long time on my computer, the hill is only updated from time to time by hand.
- Your warrior must (!) contain a quickscanner and the paper.
- The bombing engine of your quickscanner may throw max. 100 bombs of any kind. After the quickscan you have to boot the paper, but nothing else.
- You are allowed to change the values pStep1, pStep2, pStep3, pAway1 and pAway2 of the paper, but nothing more.
- I'm the one, who decides!
