It can be downloaded as an compressed archive: pycorewar-0.2.0.tar.bz2 (filesize: 929215 bytes, md5sum: 240ca9820bbea4fcf818bf8300c361a2). This release includes a fast MARS for ICWS '94nop rules and a parser, which supports almost all of pMARS' features.
